Returning & Refund Policy

At Alpha Modern Lights, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and in accordance with Egyptian consumer rights laws.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase to process a return.
  • Items must be inspected before any refunds or exchanges are approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or installation.
  • Light bulbs, electrical parts, or accessories once opened.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Please send photos/videos to support@alpha-lights.com showing the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Alpha Lights.
  • Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will issue the refund via bank transfer.
