1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all over Egypt. For international shipping, please contact us directly before placing an order.

2. Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days.
  • Other governorates: 3–7 working days.
    Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or unexpected events.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

6. Order Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our customer support. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and will work on replacing or refunding your order as per our return policy.

8. Change of Delivery Address

To change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
